Changes made to the sub funds Sextant Tech and Sextant Quality Focus of the SICAV SEXTANT

As a shareholder of SICAV SEXTANT (hereinafter referred to as "the SICAV"), we inform you that the management of SICAV SEXTANT has decided to modify the SICAV prospectus as follows:

  1. The operation: We wanted to make the modifications mentioned in point 3 in the sub-funds SEXTANT TECH and SEXTANT QUALITY FOCUS compartments.
  2. Impact of these modifications on the return/risk profile of your investment? o Modification of the return/risk profile: No o Increase in the risk profile: No o Magnitude of the evolution of the return/risk profile: Not significant
  3. Main differences between the current characteristics of your shares and those post-operation: • Sub-fund SEXTANT TECH: o Reduction of the initial subscription minimum amount for share I: The initial subscription minimum amount for share I decreases from €3 million to €1 million. o The L share category will be reopened for subscription: It will be closed once its net asset value reaches the €100 million threshold. • Sub-fund SEXTANT QUALITY FOCUS: o Reduction of the initial subscription minimum amount for share SI: The initial subscription minimum amount for share SI decreases from €20 million to €5 million. o Share F: The management company specifies that once the F share category is closed, it will no longer accept new subscriptions. These modifications will take effect on November 15, 2023. Other characteristics remain unchanged.
  4. Things to remember for investors: The prospectus and DICIs of prospectus of the SICAV will be modified accordingly. The new regulatory documents will be available on the management company's website (www.amiralgestion.com) as soon as they come into effect.
