Warning: these conditions do not apply to Sextant Inc.; for Sextant Inc. click here
The SEXTANT funds are in circulation on EUROCLEAR, you may, therefore, subscribe to them by going through your habitual financial intermediary in Europe (bank, online broker…).
To do this, you must be the holder of a stock account or of a PEA* and make the order indicating:
the direction of the operation: subscription or redemption
the name of the fund
the number of shares** or the amount desired
Your bank may seem reluctant to execute a subscription order for a mutual fund which is not managed by an entity of their group. If this is the case, we recommend that you:
first, insist
if this fails, change banks
you may also opt to subscribe for issuer-registered units
Subscription and redemption orders are centralized each banking day with the exception of Sextant INC.
To be executed based on the Net Asset Value of day (D):
your order must have been transmitted by your financial intermediary to the centralist this day before 10:00 AM (cut-off);
keeping in mind technical delays, you should generally have placed your order with your financial intermediary a minimum of one banking day before the cut-off.
the Net Asset Value is calculated in D+1 banking days based on the rate of day D at the close of markets.
This Net Asset Value is published on our website in the afternoon.
The settlement / delivery of your shares is effectuated in D+3 banking days; the operation is generally visible on your account the following day.
Entrance and exit fees (also called subscription and redemption commissions) are detailed in the AMF prospectus
The funds: 2% maximum on subscriptions and 1% maximum on redemptions.
Transaction fees (sometimes called negotiation fees) applied by your financial intermediary:
The average transaction in France costs 30€, but each establishment is free to set its own tariffs.
*Only the fund Sextant PEA may be subscribed to via a PEA contract
**The funds are decimalized, you may place orders up to a thousandth of a part.
